Long form Real Estate Video Example

Services

Standard Photo Package 

Includes:

  • Interior

  • Exterior

  • Drone shots - (as location and weather permits)

  • Basic  2D Floor Plan

All images are high-end HDR camera and single-shot drone captured. 

Premium Photos 

Includes ALL standard photo package items PLUS:​

  • A real twilight shoot (2 to 4 premium exterior night shots that makes your listing stand out from the crowd​​.

  • Advance 2D Floor Plan (In colour and embedded into an image)

  • Virtual photo tour based on the floor plan

All images are high-end HDR camera and single-shot drone captured. 

 Video 

This is for a  professional looking video walk-through.

The client can choose either landscape or vertical orientation.

  • Capturing and editing using professional hardware and software

  • Custom designed graphics (including agent logo, photo, etc.) 

  • Drone footage as the location and weather permits

  • If Fly By Media also does the photos and floor plan, we can incorporate some of that material in the video, as appropriate

Optional:

3D Floor Plans 

You’ll be able to choose between:​

  • Photos embedded into floor plan

  • 3D Floor Plan Combo (Additional +30 NZD to embed the floor plan onto a photo

Contractor/Renovator Photo Package 

2 to 4 edited photos (HDR) per room
